Kevin and his team recently did a window replacement/reconfiguration for our home that involved changing the entire elevation of the front of our house. We could not be more pleased with the results! They were polite, thorough in explaining each step, cleaned up after themselves daily, and treated our house and yard with the utmost respect. Pricing was fair & the work was meticulous. Kevin was honest as he provided various options during the planning/design phase, and he was so patient with my millions of questions! Great Company! KO & Company Contracting built my house that I’ve been moved into for about 2 years now and I can honestly say they did a fantastic job. Kevin and Rachel helped me design exactly what I wanted and navigate the building process from the initial sketch to move-in day. I’m a bit picky and wanted several customizations - Kevin made it happen! Good quality materials were used and I’ve had no issues at all. Looking back it was a really great experience. I think one of the best ideas Kevin had was framing extra thick perimeter walls with spray foam all around. That’s been a great savings on the power bill each month.

Had multiple quotes and he was hands down the most professional, honest, real, down to earth, qualified, polite, best communicator and best price of all of them. He was on time, respectful of our budget and made our job work for what we had to spend. He cleaned up as if he was never there and never walked through the house with his shoes on! Overall good human and qualified individual and company. Will use for any and all things needed for our home in the future. Using him to help renovate a master bath this year!
